The Alpha Merit Beautillion is an intense college and life preparatory program for African American male, high school juniors and seniors. The 7-month long program emphasizes and reinforces values, broadens potentiality, career planning, goal setting, cultural enrichment, confidence building, college selection, grooming, etiquette, and heightened self-esteem.  The program not only provides opportunities for the aforementioned, but also raises funds for scholarships and financial contributions for participants.  The Alpha Merit Beautillion program manifests AMGEF’s commitment to education and the general advancement of minority students.
