Criteria:
1) Active member of the Delta Theta Chapter or Eta Mu Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.
2) Display extra-curricular & community involvement
3) Write a short essay (minimum 500 words) that describes: a) the impact you desire to make on the world, b) why, and c) how, specifically, you plan to achieve it.
